Amazing !!!! They executed my best friends birthday cake perfectly ! The attention to detail was top notch, the communication with the bakery was great and the cake was absolutely delicious! Will be ordering again !!

I've gotten 2 cakes from this bakery for my son's birthdays. First, the cakes are delicious. The rainbow cake is our fave. Second, they do amazing work with fondant. The pictures speak for themselves. Note I switched out the numberblocks they had on the front of the cake with sugar ones I had, which is why you see the red mark. The cake was flawless. Also, they package the cakes well and care about their customers. I was only going to be in the city on a specific day and they turned the cake around quick and made sure it was ready when I needed it, even calling to follow up with me. Well worth the out of town trip.

I didn't actually retrieve the online order myself but my coworker told me that you guys were not only professional but extremely pleasant as well. Thank you guys for the great service.

I have never been emotional over a cake but the attention to detail and just beauty of how my husbands major rank cake came out, I cried! It was such a big day and I was very worried because it was my first time ordering with Il Fornaio but they delivered beyond my expectations! I’ve been a couple times at this coffee shop the ladies at the front desk are always nice. I tryed ordering a cake on the website it was simple and fast. I picked up with no issues. The Oreo fudge cake was delicious!
